Oğuzhan Sunar qualified as a dentist at Hacettepe University in 2013 and completed his specialty training in periodontology at Ordu University in 2019. During his residency he trained specifically in advanced implant surgery and zygomatic implant surgery, and has carried out a large number of clinical procedures in these fields.
He developed the “Discision” technique for accelerated orthodontic tooth movement, contributing it to the dental literature, and has presented at national and international congresses with publications in peer-reviewed journals. Since 2019 he has also taught advanced implant surgery at professional courses and seminars.
Since 2023 he has led the Dental Surgery Department at Natural Medical Centre in Istanbul, where his practice focuses on patients with advanced bone loss — including zygomatic and pterygoid implant rehabilitation.
