Who we are

What we collect
When you use the free assessment form or the contact form, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Details you give us about your situation, timing and treatment interest
- If you choose to provide it: a scan, X-ray or photograph of your teeth or jaw, and any medical history you mention in free text
We also collect basic site-usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location) through Google Analytics, once you have consented to analytics cookies.
Special category data
A scan, X-ray, or anything you tell us about your health counts as special category (health) data under UK GDPR. We only collect this if you choose to submit it, and only use it to arrange a clinical assessment of your case. Submitting the form is your explicit consent to that specific use.
How we use your data
We use what you submit to:
- Pass your enquiry to a partner clinical team so they can assess your case
- Respond to your message if you contact us directly
- Understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, so we can improve it
- Meet our own legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to show you advertising on other sites.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is shared with the clinical team who will assess it — see how this site is funded for that relationship. We also use a small number of processors to run the site: our hosting and database provider, and Google (Analytics). How long we keep it

We use this only in aggregate, to see which guides are read and what to write next. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build a profile of you, and we do not pass analytics data to any clinic.

Declining, or withdrawing after accepting, deletes the analytics cookies described above. Nothing else about the site changes either way — there is no content behind the choice.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
